Work that matters — every single day

Who We Are

What we stand for

Advocacy Bridge is not a call center. We are a community-based organization where every person on our team is directly connected to the work — and to the families we serve.

🤝
Families First — Always
Every decision we make starts with one question: is this the best thing for the family? Not for us. Not for the process. For the family.
📞
We Answer the Phone
We are not a ticket system. When a family calls, a real person answers. That is a standard we hold ourselves to — and everyone on our team.
🌎
Rooted in Community
We serve families from all backgrounds, in English and Spanish. We believe accessibility is not optional — it is the job.
⚖️
Integrity in Everything
We tell families the truth — even when the truth is hard. We only take cases we believe in. We never string a family along.
📚
Always Learning
SSA policy changes. Case law evolves. We invest in our team's knowledge because staying current is not optional in this work.
🏆
We Fight to Win
We do not accept denial as a final answer without a fight. Our team is persistent, thorough, and relentless on behalf of the children we represent.

Why Advocacy Bridge

More than a job

When you win a case at Advocacy Bridge a family receives benefits that change their daily life. That is not a metaphor. That is what happens.

Work that has direct impact

Every case you work has a child's name on it. You will know when you win — and so will the family.

A team that respects your time

We are building a flexible, remote-friendly team structure that works for people with lives outside of work.

Room to grow

We are an early-stage organization. The people who join now will help shape how we operate for years to come.

Leadership that knows the work

Our founder has worked inside multiple eligibility program systems for years. She understands policy, federal law, and how these systems actually operate from the inside.

"Behind every case number is a child who deserves better than a denial letter. That is why we do this work — and it is the standard we hold ourselves to every single day."
— Dea F., Founder & Executive Director, Advocacy Bridge
